Q: I can't log in my account and my profile is not visible to others.

Ans: There may be any of the following 3 reasons.

1) When you submit your profile, it is checked by SikhMilan Team. It is approved, if found appropriate. You can Log in only after approval. Your profile will be visible to others only after it is approved. Profile will be approved in 1 to 4 days. We will send you an email when your profile is approved. This email will also contain your Log in name and password.

2) You can Log in your profile and modify it. Remember, your profile will be again checked by SikhMilan Team and re-approved, if found appropriate. You can't Log in your account untill your profile is re-approved. Others can see your profile only after re-approval.

3) If you forget password, you can retrieve it by clicking here.

3) SikhMilan Team has sole right to accept or reject any profile without specifying any reason.

Q: How can I add photo to my existing profile on Sikhmilan.com

Ans: Please log in your account. Click "Edit this info" link infront of Residence column. Now click Browse button. Select photo on your computer. Press Open and then Save Changes button.
